Does OBD code P1106 usually mean that the ECU needs to be replaced?

Yes, typically p1106 (baro sensor) means you must replace the ECU. Honda's calculate baro. Pressure in the ECU.

Thanks. You just saved me $100 for a Honda mechanic to just investigate the problem and provide me with an estimate! I might be better off to spend the $100 on a refurbished ECU!
