My radiator broke on the top I drove the car and it run hot, I drove to a service station it stopped about a block away, I pushed it the rest of the way. Would it had messed up my motor. And is it worth fixing, it's a 1999

If the engine had no previous coolant losses issues and the engine was not subjected to extremem overheating, replacing the radiator is all you need to do. That should not be too expensive.

Without the radiator, it would not be easy to test if there is any damage to the engine. When engine is cold, if engine runs smoothly when started, it should be ok.
