It doesn't happen every time just has started happening more frequently

The engine will stop running when traveling down the road. At times it will start back without me doing anything, and at times I have to turn the switch for it to restart

Check the main relay and the ignition switch

I 100% can guarantee it's the Ignition Switch!
The above year Accords had problems with the Ignition Switches.
You looking at about 6-90 bucks for aftermarket part. You can install yourself it quite easy.

Next time it happens try moving the key to start position, as soon as soon as you let go, it may turn back off. If it hapens on the road, flip the transmission to neutral, then re start while driving. It will not restart by hand while o Drive or Reverse.

I should say the ignition switch-I believe its a recall been quite a while back to remember
