After I replaced the starter, my car wont start. It seems that the anti theft system was enabled. What should I do

Have you tried disconnecting the battery for a few minutes? I realize it may sound odd since you just installed it but it will work sometimes. Remove the negative lead. If that does not work, attached is the ECU relearn procedure. You will have to get an OBD II scanner to clear codes as part of the procedure.
