Noise under drivers floor that sounds like a thin piece of tin wobbleing

I have a 1999 ford windstar van and when I go long drives(1hr or more)I get this noise under my feet (drivers side)that is like a thin sheet of tin making a noise like wobbleing in the wind I can kinda feel it under my feet.

Go underneath it and investigate-could be a loose heat shield, hard to locate noises over the internet-

Thats been checked. Everything is tight except for two arms that are connected to sway bar. Sometimes there is a clunking noise too.

Your best shot here is have a wheel alignment/brake/suspension specialist check it out
