No heat

Radiator full of fluid, temp gage good, however, heater is ice cold. Can hear what I believe to be the solenoids clicking. How come I have no heat?

The blend door on the 1999 Windstar is controlled by vacuum, according to my resource. So it could be a vacuum leak in the system or the switch that control the temperature could by faulty.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
