I tried using the cigarette lighter, and all of a sudden the dome light, rear brake lights, and radio won't go on. I also can't get the car to go into gear. The guys tried to check all the fuzes, and doesnt seem like its that. What could it be?

Check fuse 22 & 27 in fuse box in car also there is a relay there for the lights. It may be a door switch wire has broken off or headlight switch problem as the relay goes to head light switch, try turning your lights on by moving switch for dimming dash lights.
