Back by the the firewall towards the middle by the egr valve thats where they usually are. Theyhave hose going. To them and one hose comes from the exhaust. Usually the hoses fail and need to be replaced. Do you have any codes for the egr feed back sensor? If so what are the exact code numbers you have?

I would start checking for vacuum leaks and the hoses to the egr pressure sensor. The P0401 is egr insufficient flow which could be a issue with the hoses to the feed back sensor. The P0171 and the P0174 is lean bank one and two could be caused by a vacuum leak. The P1135is o2 indicates lean again possible vacuum leak.
