1999 Ford Ranger Rockwood

My ranger is a 3.0L fuel flex automatic and I just up new heads on it and now the problem is it wont go pass 30mph with the pedal to the floor.with a push from another vehicle itwill but will lose speed. And going up a hill Iit wont pull its own load. It drop spped to 5mph and even shifting down to first from drive doesn't work. Can someone help me?

scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge first.

if it doesn't have 55-65 psi with key on engine off it's not enough
