First, remove the metal clips from the plastic nuts where the headlight adjusters are. Second, unscrew the nuts (3 each headlamp)from the adjuster screw. Third, slowly wiggle the headlight assembly forward. Fourth, disconnect the wire assembly from the headlight.

You should take your truck to an inspection station (or garage) to have the final adjustment (aiming) made to the lights.

You need to take the whole headlight assembly out of the grille. There should be enough slack in the headlight harness to let you take the head light out of the grill enough to get the bulb.

I am replacing my headlight bulbs about every three weeks! I noticed that water has accumulated in the headlight lens and I think that is what keeps blowing the bulbs. Is there an easy fix for this problem?

Hello,

One fix would be to purchase new headlight assemblies.

Another fix would be to take the headlight assemblies out and drill an 1/8 inch hole in the center bottom for a drain.
