1999 Ford Mustang High Idle

I Have a 99 Mustang GT that runs good all the time except it started to idol high after it warms up or is ran for a while. It has an aftermarket throttle body and plenum cold air intake shorty headerswith an off-road X Pipe and 3.90 gears with a cobra differential. I don't know what could be causing it to randomly idle high up to 3000 Rpms after driving it a while. Any suggestions?

Check for a vacuum leak and clean throttle plate on both sides with choke cleaner and iac hole. Because it's modified it would probably need to be PHYSICALLY checked which we can 't do it may also be the aftermarket tuner that has changed things in car as well.
