i want to know if its possible to fit a 1999 mustang engine on a 1995 mustang

You don't even post what size engine you are trying to change but it wouldn't really matter. "Fitting" the engine and actually operating it are 2 different things. The engines are different and so are the operating systems for them. The V8s aren't even the same engines.
