I have a 99 Ford F-150 Pickup that wont crank. I have installed a new fuel pump and crank sensor but the pump is not working. It makes a little blip sound and cuts off at the fuel pump in the tank. I have checked the inertia switch and a number of things, fusible links and so forth. So, I'm not sure what circuits to check beyond this point. Thanks.

Have you checked the fuel pump relay? Are you getting power from there?
