Is there a fuel / electrical cut-off switch on this vehicle? If so, where?

I own a '99 Ford Explorer, eddie baur edition, which was hit on the r/f quarter panel. since then, unable to start, or put up/down
the windows. Question: Is there a cut-off switch, that i don't know about? If so, where, & how to reset it?
