Hello, My intake manifold has been leaking for some time. It is both my lower and upper gaskets. It has been doing for around 15000 miles maybe around 10. What damage can this cause and how much longer do I have before it causes damage?

Is it leaking coolant or vacuum? If it is coolant, you have most likely caused engine damage unless it has not overheated. If it got into the oil, then bearing damage may have resulted.

If it is vacuum, then it may be running badly. You should not have waited this long to repair it. After the gaskets are repaired, check for other codes.

Its a vacuum leak but it is running poorly. It still gets around 20 mpg which is good for a suv. I have two error codes telling me Bank 1 and Bank 2 too lean. How bad do you think it is? Will the really cold weather coming up affect it more?

Yes it will and with the poor running, you may do damage to the cat converter.
