Has that chip in the key

I have a ford explore 1999 and it has that chip in the key a few people told me its a way to bypass it any suggestion? When I try to start it the theft light comes on I dont wanna have this problem again

I wanna know how to bypass the theft lite so it will start im guess the wired so the fuel pump doesn t come on if someone is trying to steal it help pls

Ummmmm I dont know if it is the key im guessing it is because I got another key and switch im guessing they dont corraspond so I thought it mite need a chip in the oringal key when I turn the key the theift light keeps blinking someone told me it may need to be reprogramed
