1999 Ford Explorer coolant leak

Leaking coolant from back side of motor.. When I pour the coolant in it come right out ofthe back side of the moter

Do you mean a 4.0? Ford does not make a 4.3. Anyway coming from the back of the motor it is most likely leaking from the intake manifold, which is very common on those trucks. It could be a freeze plug, head gasket or manifold. You need to get a visual on the back of the motor while someone pours it the coolant, so you can see where it is coming from.
