Its a police interceptor and you can lock door pushing button but wont unlock when push open. And it being police intercept back doors stay locked

Check to see if remote is working or not it may not be auto parts can check then have it scanned for codes may be the module bad. Also there should be a switch on back door to unlock from inside.
