Checked cable connections and cleaned. Havee 12.5 volts at battery
have the same problem?

Check for power to the little wire at the starter motor when the key is in the start position

Looks like 1.5 or so volts. Lights are dim and solenoid clicks

Battery is low, charge it up. There must be 12 volts there.
