99 dodge 2500 360. Speedometer stoped working and brake and abs dash lights came on. Cant find a burned fuse. Whats up?

Replace the speed sensor, not some fuse. Without knowing how fast the truck is going, the ABS computer can't tell when to do it's thing so it is disabled and the warning lights turn on.
