Do I need to have the ECU reflashed/reprogrammed

Recently replaced Alternator, battery, and ECU. Now I can not get the truck to start. I have checked the coil and the spark plugs. I am getting spark at both places. The truck acts as though I am not getting fuel. Do I need to have the ecu reprogrammed.

Is it from the same year make model engine size part number etc?

The part number match from the ECM I removed to the ECM that I re-installed.

Sure if the security lights on or flash the anti theft is on.
