My car is running hot and coolant is running out.

My car is running hot and coolant is running out my temp. Hand is still in the middle thou. It just started to do this. The heat was repaired a couple if days ago. I think it might be the thermostate. Could u give me ur advice on what it could be.

What do you mean the coolant is running out the temp? As far as the overheating, it sounds like it isn't overheating based on the temp gauge. You said it remains in the middle. First, make sure the car is actually overheating. Next, with the engine cold, remove the radiator cap and start the engine. Does coolant shoot out?
