Yikes, I've had the problem before. What I did was spray some WD-40 between the rubber boot and the spark plug wall, give it a day or couple hours to soak then you will be able to pull out with needle nose pliers or a pick set. If the rubber boot is damage can get at a parts store for a cheap price
