I HAVE A CHEVY MONTE CARLO WITH 116,000 MILES AND I USE HIGH MILEAGE OIL WILL IT MESS MY CAR UP IF I GOT A OIL CHANGE AND THEY USE REGULAR OIL IN MY CAR

I don't see where this would hurt it one time as long as you used the correct type such as 5w-30 etc.
