1999 Chevrolet Monte Carlo fuse box under hood problem

Ok so I have a problem the main fuse box under my hood giving me problem. My car cranks like it want to start but it dont. The ignition switch relay under my hood fuse box making noise when I turn the key to the on position without starting it. When I take the relay out no sound but when I put it back in thats when it making noise and car will not start all at.I never heard of a fuse box making noise under hood but im having this problem. Its somthing wrong with this fuse box because I cant start my car cuz this ignition switch relay making whinning noise bad.

Try switch ing it with another like relay then make sure your anti theft isn't engaged. If you have a key with diode try another key if not follow instructions in pic

Yes I tryed all that but its my fuse box under the hood ignition relay making whining sounds and still my car want start. Where is the crank sensor located 7x sensor

The crank sensor is on the block on the side of the firewall and not easy to get to. It may be a connection issue in fuse box, like not making the connection try tweaking the prongs on the relay and see if it fits better and stops the vibrating as well as starting.

Ok I will try that because I change out all the coil packs and the ICM I change both crank sensors I change the ignition switch also I change out the map sensorand the cam sensor. It cranks but no start after I change all these parts and the fuse box still making noise idk whats the deal
