1999 Chevrolet Malibu Had Oil Filter Changed They Used 520 Far Uses 530

I had my oil and filter changed, the oil they used was 520. As far as I know it uses 530. Is it possible that a thinner oil caused my camshaft to break? Or any thing else could have happened from the thinner oil?
