Blazer running rough

My chevy blazer is running rough like its having a hard time getting in gear once speeds are at 25 30 mph it runs good agine until you reduce your speed or take your foot off the gas then it starts roureing like it has no power its not getting hot but is useing alot gas does the fan clutch have ay to do with this

I'd use a gage and check fuel pressure. Not only check for correct pressure, check that the pressure doesn't drop like a rock when turned off. Maybe the fuel pressure regulator is leaking or injector/s. Do you have the spider fuel system?
