Heater / Fan not blowing

I have a 99 Escalade and the heater & ac fan wont blow. I have replaced the controls in the dash but it work on high for a little while but now wont blow at all. If I turn off the turn it blows for a little while the next day and then stops. Its cold and I need the heat to work for kids?

Check for power and ground at the blower motor connector, under the rh side of the dash. If it has power and ground, it needs a blower. If it does not, more than likely it is a speed control processor.
