I just replaced the fuel pump. Now the car won't start. I replaced the fuel pump fuse and still no start. I did however find out that I do not have have power to the bottom row of fuses that is associated with the fuel pump fuse. What could be wrong?

Ok, there is a MAXI fuse block under hood that has high amp fuses and 1 of them is ignition which feeds the fuel pump and other fuses. Check those.

Also that feed from ignition high amp fuse goes thru ignition relay before it gets to the fuses you are testing. I dont have location for that yet.
