1999 Cadillac Deville Heating/Cooling

I get cold air out of the defrost on the driver side, and hot air out of the defrost on the passenger side, no heat out of the front vents, or the floor vents. What could this issue be?

Have it scanned as it's auto temp control and could be just about anything. It may be an actuator so do this first, pull hvac fuse inside car with key on for 60 seconds it may allow it to reset and work.
