The first cold day and when I go to accelerate my car shakes pretty bad and not the check engine light is blinking. What could this be?

If the check engine light is blinking, the engine is misfiring. Check to trouble codes. Most parts stores will scan the computer for free.

Took it ot autozone and got misfire code hoping that changing plugs and wires will help. Wish me luck
