I have since reinstalled a new timing belt and new idler and new water pump--now I have NO compresion what is wrong? I also replaced the belt tensioner. Please tell me what could be wrong

Unfortunatly the engine is an interference so that means when belt brakes valves get hit by pistons and bend. Need to pull heads and have valves replaced. Was belt replaced at 90K miles per manufacture recomendation?
