Transmission lost all forward gear after stopping at a stop sign

I was driving came to stop at stop sign when I took off lost all forward gears only goes in reverse.

check transmission fluid and then have a transmission professional check it. It sounds like a forward/direct clutch is out or a roller clutch. if you can move in first or low forward then it is a clutch pak out.

Only have reverse.

Yep the transmission probably needs to be rebuilt.
