If you get your flywheel turned on a hydralic system and the truck is a 98 toyato tacoma 6 cyclinder 3.4 liter and you still can not change gears what is the problem

You had the thing apart and didn't fix it? Why the flywheel turned? You usually do that when the clutch wears out and you have it apart or it's working fine but chatters on engagement.
