My car veers to the right as soon as I let go of the steering even on smooth roads. I have repeatedly checked the alignment which is fine, but it kees veering right. Also my tyre pressures are correctly gauged.
some months ago I replaced the hubs and bearings- could it be the ones I installed are faulty? Its so bad that when I apply emergency brakes, and the tyres lock (yes my ABS is bad too), my car slides to the right.
i look forward to your advice

Check the wheel bearing free play. If the CV joint central bolt is not correctly torqued, you would have the problem. Another possibility is that the castor of the wheel is out.?If only the toe in or out is checked, it is not going to show any results.

Vehicle sliding to right during emergency braking indicates the right side brakes are more effective that the left. You need to have the brakes checked as well.
