I just replaced my front brakes, now they work fine, but my rear tires aren't being stopped by the brakes... Tried bleeding the and their getting very little fluid, if any at all. No broken brake lines, I'm stuck, any ideas?

Wheel cylinders or calipers contaminated. Rebuild them. Flush the brake system with denatured alcohol. Then bleed them again with brake fluid. New fluid.

Okay, so it doesn't sound like I need new drums and shoes?
Would this affect the e brake? because that's not working either.

No, it wouldn't. But worn shoes would still be able to be applied, they would just make a horrendous grinding noise. HOWEVER, if the wheel cylinders are leaking, or WERE leaking, THAT would affect both systems.
