Wondering why only the car is running off two cylinders?

I had a 1996 subaru legacy but it got crashed but motor was still okay so I bought another body a 1998 subaru legacy gtb. Transferred the motor over and its not working properly its only running off two cylinders just wondering if you knew what the problem was ive been told I need two new coils and another computer chip. I really hope you can help. Thanks

If you are using the new computer, it could be causing a problem. Also, check to see if there is spark to all the cylinders. If there is no spark to 2 of them, then check the coils. If all cylinders are getting spark, check compression and timing. I don't know how bad the accident was, but there could have been damage.
