I replaced them and my car still bogs out and dies. Then wont start again?

In the morning it will start just fine but maybe rev a little high. I can drive it for aprox. 15 minutes. Then it starts to bog down and I try to give it gas and it just dies. I try to start it and it will sometimes rev high and then just die if I try to give it gas before ot dies it will make a sound like its backfiring. Then if I wait 30 minutes or so it will start again and run and drive for 2 minutes or even less thats how I was able to get it home although it took an hour and a half to get 3 miles

Diagnostic fault codes never say to replace parts. They only indicate which circuits or systems need further diagnosis. The codes you mentioned have nothing to do with the symptom you're describing anyway. It suggests the pickup screen in the fuel tank is collapsing and blocking fuel flow. It will take a few minutes for that to occur, and another few minutes for it to straighten out while the engine is off.

Codes related to a loose gas cap include anything leaking in the entire fuel supply system. That can be as simple as a loose or rusted-off hose clamp or a dry-rotted hose. The best tool for finding those leaks is a "smoke machine". It injects a white non-toxic smoke at 2 psi into the system, then you look for where it's sneaking out.
