My trans am's headlight wont raise when I cut them on. I've checked the motors and fuses but everything is in working order. My dash lights, tail and brakelights all work fine as well. Just the headlights. I replaced the lightswitch and still nothing. Is there some sort or relay or module that im not aware of that could be replace? P.S. Once i've manually raised them and turn my lights on they work fine. And when I cut them off they lower fine. But they wont raise. Any ideas what this could be?

You're going to have to test the lift motor itself.

Here is the wiring diagram to test the circuit. Be sure to check the fuses first.

Would the lightswitch have anything to do with the lights not raising? Even I the dash lights come on would they still not raise if the switch is bad?

As the diagram shows, the switch controls the door actuator module.

How many actuator relays does a 98 trans am have? And do you think that would keep the headlights from raising?
