1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue no heat or AC

The heat nor ac will not come on. It does not even make a sound. We checked the blower motor and it is still good same as the resepters seem to be good as well. We are now at a lost now thinking a bad ground connection but don't no were or what. Any clues on were to go from here.

Check for power at the blower motor with the ignition switch ON and the fan speed set at HIGH.

Check these three fuses, located in the fuse box on the outer right edge of the instrument panel (you have to open the passenger side door to access it:

HVAC (10A)
RADIO/HVAC (15A)
HIGH BLOWER (25)

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
