Car came in running, we put a valve cover gasket on it. The plugs keep filling up with gasoline.
Now it won't crank. We have tried various things, fuel regulator, ignition control module under the coil pack, coil pack, coolant control sensor, spark plugs

Your saying it cranks good but won't start? During cranking it is the ignition module that controls spark. You visually checked for spark at the spark plugs and no spark? Do you have ground at the ignition module, black wire terminal K, voltage pink wire terminal P.

Any applicable trouble codes? There should be an rpm signal if fuel injectors are working.
