Hello,

If the fuel pump does not provide adequate fuel while accelerating the engine will bog down and can also stall.
This lack of fuel can be due to a weak pump, clog in the fuel line or a bad pressure regulator.

This issue could also be due to a faulty throttle position sensor. A malfunctioning TPS will send fault signal to the ECM that can change the air fuel ratio and can stall the engine due to lack of fuel.

If you can let me know a few more details of what the vehicle is doing would be great.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thank you.
