After driving approx. 12 mi. With AC on it overheats

Turn off ac then turn heater on and temp will come down-also new fan clutch, turn ac back on and it will overheat-when idling with ac on temp stays normal-leak test good-eng rns smooth and noises-what could be the problem.

Is the A/C condenser fan turning on with the A/C? Radiator core not part blocked? Excessive build op of litter between radiator and condenser causing diminished air flow? All should be checked first.
