Turn the wheel clunk

I own a 1998 Nissan Maxima and when I turn the wheel all the way to the left and then start moving, I get this clunk, It happens when I do a U-turn.

I get a noise from the left (sorry) drivers side wheel area

Have suspension parts checked on that side. Could be a ball joint.
