After leaving lights on had to jump truck. Later that day nothing works. Got a new battery, nothing. Checked starter at Autozone, it works. Headlights only things coming on. Doesn't turnover, does nothing. Any ideas?

Could be a bad battery cable (assuming that they are clean and making good contact at the battery and starter).

It is possible for them to corrode inside of the insulation.

To test, connect jumper cables from the positive battery terminal to the starters' battery terminal.
Connect the other jumper cable lead from the battery negative terminal to a good ground on the engine.
If the engine attempts to spin over, (or spins normally) change both battery cables.
Post your results here, please (it may be of assistance to someone else)

It wasn't the battery cables it was the main fusible fuse that was blown.
