Fan was pushed into radiator damaging

I wreaked my 98 Mitsubishi Montero sport and the fan was pushed into radiator damaging both. I bought the new radiator but what exactly do I need as far as a cooling fan? The motor? Assembly? Or both?

If the fan blades are intact, you get the motor tested. You might not need to replace it. If blades are broken, and motor is still good, need only replace the blades. If the motor has been used for a long time, maybe it is time to get a new one.
