1998 navigator AC

In my 98 navigator the rear vents don't blow any air. Sometimes the heat will kick on but never the ac. What can I do

You may have a couple issues. The temp/blend door and blower motor or controls. Do you hear the motor run when no air is coming out?

No motor is running at all in the rear. Just the front

Could be wiring/plug issue or brushes in motor may be stuck form overheat. Here's what the take apart looks like.

Green circle is ceiling/floor regulator red circle is air heat regulator motor and wiring towards back.
