Open the bleeder screw. If it still stays stuck on, replace the calipers. If it releases, the rubber flex hose is restricted or the brake fluid is contaminated with a petroleum product. Loosen the steel lines at the master cylinder. If the caliper doesn't release, suspect the hose.
