My car is idling rough going up and down.

Hi my car is idling rough going up and down slightly more when I put my window up or down or indicating and it seems to be using more fuel than it used to used to get 60 miles or so on 10 pound but only getting about 35 to 40 now plugs bin changed coil ok oil ok what could it be thanks

Is the Malfunction Indiator Light showing?

No lights are showing.
Nothing has been done to the car prior to this. It has just started doing this, just cant understand why I am using so much fuel and why its idling roughly, the revs seem to drop as if going to stall but goes back up again. It is constantly doing this at idle, yet the car drives fine.

Vehicle needs maintenance and if it is not running well, you need to check. If you are not a mechanic, you definitely would not understand why.

Start with the basics, have atune-up if it is due. Check the spark plugs and related components.
Clean the throttle body and IAC.
