Engine light on, have replaced downflow O2 sensor, OBM II code P1382 (Manufacture's ignition control system on reader, cruise control is also not working is it powered under the same curcuit?

A ignition control code should have nothing to do with the o2 sensor. As far as cruise control it shouldnt be on the same circuit have you checked all the fuses?

Your code reader is not updated for the code.

P1382 - CYP no signal. Unplug the sensor connector and check for contamaniations to the terminals.
